Our Partial Discharge (PD) Monitoring Systems falls into two categories:

  2. On-line Networking Systems

Both are ideal tools for partial discharge detection and inspections.

Broad band HFCT PD sensors

  • High sensitivity
  • Wide band: 2 ~ >120 MHz
  • Clamp type – easy to use
  • Large opening size – 65mm

PD signal acquisition and processing units

  • One PD pulse acquisition channel
    • BNC male connector
    • Lightening and transit surge protected
    • 50Ω input resistance
    • Front end band pass filter
    • Software/digital controlled front end programmable gain amplifier (PGA)
    • 10-bit / 100 MSPS ADC
  • One AC synchronizing channel
    • BNC male connector
    • Lightening and transit surge protected
    • Input voltage amplitude clipped
  • PD signal and Synchronizing signal are acquired simultaneously and are packed in same data package.
  • Signals are processed in FPGA.
  • WIFI /Ethernet connection capable
  • User API library is provided, enabling user to develop their own application on host PC.
